PC Build 14955 install issues with Feedback Hub

I installed the 14955 update on my SP4 today and it went very smoothly except now the Feedback Hub doesn't seem to be working. The icon disappeared from the Task Bar but still shows up in the app list and as a pinned tile. When I click on the tile or the icon in the app list it does not load. I tried to uninstall it but there is no uninstall available in the list when I right click on the icons. I went to the store and it was available to be downloaded (no installed indication). When I click on it it shows being downloaded and then during installation I get an error code of 0x80073B0F.  After a few seconds it downloads the app and tries to install it on its own, gets the error message and does it again. Any suggestions?

Edit:

I looked up that code and found information regarding running wsreset. I did that and also a restart. When I open the store and search for the app it starts downloading it as soon as I click on the app in the search list and repeats as described above. If I click on the X to stop it the click box gets "Update" inserted in it. Clicking Update does not cause anything to happen.

Answer
See if it shows up under Settings - Apps & features. There should be an uninstall button there. I had to reinstall mine via the Windows Store after uninstalling it this way in build 14955.
