Cannot update to the latest build, rollback issue

Hello,
I had the build 14291.
Some critical problems comes up and I decided to rollback to 14279. Done so successfully.
However, after rollback, build 14291 was instantly offered to me and I was no choice to reject it.
Its tried to install a few times, always with errors.
Tonight, I downloaded 14295, but, situation is the same. Installation is not possible.
What I need to delete, clear, or refresh, to go out of stuck, and to install new insider builds again?

To help you better please provide more details such as;
Device; Type(PS, Tablet,etc.), Make, model, CPU speed, RAM, Graphics card.

Remove all USB things, extra drives, PCMCIA cards, all third party antivirus programs.

What critical problems?

The notes on the USB and other stuff was just a reminder as I forgot that I had a PCMCIA card in one of my laptops and it blew the install.  Removed it and things went good.

You did a recovery back to 14279.  Try this;

Run Regedit, ; HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\Applicability\Recover from and if you find 14291 change the D word to 0.  Then do Windows Update and see if it comes through.

Dear Aleksandar,

I would recommend you to convert the ESD file of 14295 to an ISO file, and then do a fresh install (instead of an upgrade).

J.

It is in a hidden folder C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources (C: refers to your system drive).

+Hello,
I found that hidden folder, here is complete installation, without ESD.
I think that I could run this setup.
However,
I encountering serious problems...
Reinstalled yesterday official build 10586, fresh install.
Deleted partitions, reformated...
Today, upgrade apeered to 14295, and I am not able to ecomplish it.
Maybe I could install fresh 14295, but later, it will happen again.
What can be reason for failure after fresh system, and after 17 months of successfull upgrades on the same, unchanged configuration?
Simply, I cannot consider any logic.
