Where is my download

I downloaded Geometry Wars Evolved 2 it shows up on my billing account but it says I did not pay for it on the marketplace can someone explain this

Same problem here. I bought Magic 2012, but it did not unlock the full game. It still asks me if I want to purchase the game, even though it deducted the points AND I called customer service and their records reflect I have paid for the game. When I go to download history on Xbox.com, it doesnt show that I paid for it. This has to be an error on Microsofts side, wish they would fix it and let us know what is up. They charged my ten bucks, but after two hours on the phone and people asking me "have you tried to redownload it?!" I am at my wits end. Have I tried to redownload it? No me knee jerk reaction was to call a middle aged women from seattle for help. Dumb asses.
