terrible connection for the last few days

I've been on a one bar connection since Friday.  I've tried 3 different cables, and wireless, with no improvement.  Ran a speed test, dl is13.93mbps, ul is .45, ping is 352ms.  My brother's xbox is streaming Netflix on HD just fine downstairs, but I can't do chit with a 2 second delay on Duty.  Suggestions?

Tested a couple more times at about 15 minute intervals. Second time got a 388 ping, 16.11dl, and .38 ul.  Third time got 523 ping, 6.31dl and .38 ul.  WTF?!

It's been trash...I tried playing earlier and it was a constant lag fest. Just terrible connections...

I tested my internet tonight...15.96 DL, 5.05 UL, 19 ping to Boston...watched movies in clear HD...playing Black Ops? Constant 1-2 bars, felt like it was running at 10 FPS...

Awful

Ive had "minor" lag/latency problems lately, but I think its my ping, and being wireless. It wasnt too bad last night though, finally a positive game (first time in like 4 days), whatever.

I haven't noticed anything different personally. Everything's been running the same as usual for me, up and down.

I'd hit x t reload, and literally 2 seconds later I'd go through the animation.  Same with throwing grenades.  Everyone else in the room had a full connection, while I had one bar.  My buddy I was playing with said I was jumping around all over the place.  Seriously irritating...

This thread is funny. Anyways, try playing High Roller matches. You will notice the lag very clearly.

OP, check to see if your router has a QoS (quality of service) option. If it does, give your 360's data preference over everyone else on that network. The link in my sig goes into more detail. Good luck.
