"Can't download Resident Evil 4" Xbox 360 error

Hey I bought and played RE4 for the 360 on the marketplace when it first came out years ago and thats when I had the fat white Xbox with a 20gig hard drive. Now I have a 4gb Slim with an OFFICIAL microsoft hard drive 320gigs that I just bought yesterday at Best Buy and Im getting a "Cant download Resident Evil 4" error. Can somebody help me? Do I need to call Microsoft because Im having the EXACT same problem with downloading Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, and the game redeem code game that came with my hard drive "Lego Star Wars Clone Wars"

I'd start by clearing the system cache (it's just temporary files plus game updates, automatically reloaded) by:

1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button on the controller, go 2 clicks right to Settings, pick System Settings.

2) Select Storage (or Memory if Storage).

3) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

4) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

Hey there firekid12345678,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Since this thread is a bit old and what you're experiencing is a different than what the original poster was describing, I would suggest creating a new thread detailing what's happening and any troubleshooting steps you may have already tried. This way you can receive support catered specifically to you. Thanks so much!
