that would be the issue as the  PAL content will not be used on a ntsc disk

there is no way to download the content except for on the xbox live

if you are trying to bypass the region lock of a US content out of region no that will not work

No I didn't make an online account. I have a Japanes internet provider, so it automatically goes to the japanese market place while connected to Live.

I'm aware of that. But how do I get the US version of the dlc? It always takes me automatically to the japanese market place. I have a us disk, a us account, and us xbox360. the only thing japanese is my isp.

OP: I'm very sorry for your frustration, but the fact is that you need to have matching physical region, account region, disc region, and DLC region. If they don't match, it won't work properly for you. If you want to play this in Japan, you will need to get a Japan-region disc and account.
