Incorrect Console

I recently purchased a new console, transferred my licenses and registered the console but every time I go onto xbox.com and set something to download it still ties to download it to my old console. I know this because when I go onto my console it says that it is assigned to another console. Is there any way to change which console things are to be downloaded to?

If you go into your download queue, you should have stuff there with little errors, yeah? Click on one of those and there should be an option to download ALL content to this new console.
