Im not 100% but I think gold tomahawk is a mod. Any of the gold equipment is done by hacking I think

The golden guns dlc is just for single player. The golden guns on multiplayer is for completing the headshot challenges for each weapon and multi kills for the two throwables. 100 headshot for all of the guns (except Cattleman) and the tomahawk. For both fire-bottle and dynamite: get a double kill, then a triple kill, and then kill a bag carrier with them. Only the Cattleman, throwing knives, and the melee knife cannot be golden.

i got the golden tomahawk by playing on the map called "Rio Bravo" in the legends an killers gang shoot out playlist,my faverite map to chop chop with a tomahawk, you need to get 100 tomahawks thrown into the skull to unlock the golden tomahawk, after you get used to aiming at a good distance with it it gets pretty easy to do head shots with it, just be sure not to prestige/go into legend while working on your golden weapons because the stats reset when you rank to the next badge.
