Game download gets stuck at 20%

Hi all, my modernwarfare 2 disc finaly gave up today, so i thought i would purchase it online and download straight to my hdd. Problem is it got to 19% and then failed so i had to delete and start again but now its stuck on 20% ! its been like this for about 30mins. My xbox is a slim only about 6months old with an empty 20gb hdd instaled. I have formated the drive and cleared system cache but nothing. My internet is running at 15.8mbps down and 1.9mbps up so shouldnt be that. If anyone can help i would eppreciate it. Starting to wish i had drove to blockbusters instead of buying online.

Please refer to the Downloading Sticky (forums.xbox.com/.../33.aspx) and if you are still having issues please post back here with the requested info. Also, when providing speed test results, post the image, not just the stats. Thanks!
