Can not play online

i have Xbox one set up have account with Microsoft and EA but Titanfall keeps asking for me to set up Xbox account. I checked my information and I am being billed for membership. Also checked my setting and online play is on so not sure what is going on. Any thoughts?

Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? Hopefully this will solve the issue.
