black ops connection interrupted message. Happens multiple times a day\night

anyone have a fix for this, drives me friggin nuts. It only happens on black ops.

Happening to me too, on virgin media, 20mb, think it might have started after the new update

I have High Speed Internet 10M/512K. I would say about a month ago started getting connection interrupted, I click to show my signal usually drops from full bar to one red usually see it with one other player as well then it drops me out to main lobby then get lobby closed but my party players are still playing. My buddy doesnt have this problem. Most of the time I can join again but it is a major pain.I tried dmz settings it worked ok for three matches and right back to every other match getting dropped. any ideas?

side note I may go back and try my older 2009 white xbox to see if it does the same thing. I never had an issue with it that I recall just this new black slim I got at christmas.

speed test ran 7.49 up tested 10 times at various times and .489 up

isnt it something to do with the virgin hub i know they had issues with it a while back its on the virgin media forums or was..
