Recently purchased used 360 and have noticed system loads up slow tends to freeze and I am unable to open avatar editor. not sure what to do.

Avatar editor wont open and system freezes and loads slow.

Hey there Mike! I understand you are having some issues with your console freezing. For context, what kinds of things are you doing when it freezes? Are you playing a game, loading something, or just navigating the dashboard? Also, how slowly do different
things load?
In regards to your Avatar Editor not working, try deleting the Editor. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Settings Hub and select System
- Select Storage
- Select All Devices
- Select Games and Apps
- Highlight Avatar Editor and press (Y)
- Select Delete
- Select Yes
Once it finishes deleting the file, clear your system cache (highlight Hard Drive, press (Y), select Clear System Cache), restart the console, and then try accessing the Avatar Editor again. Let me know if this helps, thanks!
