Age of Empires Online, downloading problem!

I recently purchased the Greek upgrade, i got the download but it wont start! ><
It says that there is an error retrieving my payment history???
Does anyone know anything about this? plzzz! here are the codes n stuffs...

I am having a similar problem. I'm trying to download the Launch Special Offer for AOE Online and I keep getting a "Sorry, there was an error with this transaction, please try again later.

Try this out IneptGank ->Try syncing the time and date settings in windows to the time.windows.com server.

Windows Vista/ Windows 7: Right click on the time in the taskbar, and click adjust date and time, then go into the internet time tab, and click change settings.  Set the server to time.windows.com, and click update.

Windows XP: Right click on the time in the taskbar and click adjust date and time, then go to the internet time tab and check the server, make sure its time.windows.com, and click update.

If its not able to sync, check your windows updates, and make sure your PC is up to date, sometimes Windows Update can cause the time sync to not go through.
