Xbox Live Dropped Suddenly?

The title basically says it all, I turned my Xbox off about 8 hours ago (Was playing just fine, no errors), and I went to sign in this morning and it dropped me from Xbox Live altogether. I've had my Xbox for over 2 years and have NEVER encountered any connection errors, which is why this situation has me baffled. I went to the Xbox Live Connection troubleshooting, and I did every step possible, and still no solution.

I get the "X" - when I go to test my Xbox Live Connection - between "Xbox 360" and "My Network".

I've unplugged and restarted both my modem and my router, nothing.

I'm ready to call customer support because this is ridiculous, does anyone have any suggestions?

try leaving your xbox360 ON (on the xbl test screen) then completely power down your modem/router and after few minutes power up your modem/router. It will help at the time of power down to remove devices that are using wired r wireless connectivity to your mode/router.

Nope, still the same error. If it's any help, this is the Error Status:

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 8001 - 1005

Y: 0000 - 0000

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

Dunno what that means, but I just want to play Xbox!

No one can help?? I tried using my second Xbox, same error..

Actually, the 'Xbox 360' connected to 'My Network' but then stopped, and I tried again and it's doing the same error as the original post states.
