Violation of COC

I go by Wearried Cypress, and tonight I had the unfortunate occurance of having to deal with [Mod Removed] and his mouth.  I heard vulgarity and the use of the "N"word so many times I can't count.  I was questioned about doing [Mod Removed] push-ups while I was in the Corps.  As I did not understand him the first few times due to the loudness of the game, I told him I did not understand what he was asking and asked him to spell what he was saying.  At that point began to get upset, I informed him NO and that he was sick.  At which point he started making inferences to racial matters and eventually started to call me a [Mod Removed]!  Even one of the other players was very infuriated at his slanderous remarks.  So, How do you stop this type of behavior??  Can't get onto his gametag to file the complaint  so how does one file a complaint when they can't access the individuals account???

Hello Wearried Cypress! I'm sorry you are having an issue with another user on Xbox Live, but you are not allowed to name and shame on the forums.

What you can do is file a compliant using your console. If you are unable to do so I wouldn't worry too much as there are so many gamers on Xbox Live, chances of you seeing this person again are very slim. If by chance you run into this gamer again in a match you will be able to find there GT in the recent players list. There you will be able to select there account, scroll down and select file a complaint. Other than that, there is nothing else that can be done.

To get to the Recent Players List:

1. Press the guide button on your controller (Big Center Button).

2. Scroll down and select Friends.

3. Scroll all the way to the right to Recent Players. From there you should be able to find there Gamertag.

I hope this helps!

Thanks for your feedback.

Also if the player no longer appears on your recent players list, send them a friend request, then file the complaint, and delete the friend request.
