status code 335a-0000-0080-0300-8007- 000f

I've had this xbox 360s for less than 24 hours and I cannot connect to xbox live.  Can someone tell me what this status code means?  I have tryed the 7 solutions on the support site to connect to xbox live, still no connection. 

I also received an error report: W: 0000-0021, X:  0000-f001, Y:  20a8-4840, Z: 8015-1007.

The error has been resolved.

The status code 335a-000-0080-0300-8007-000f means a storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found during the software update. Follow these steps:

Turn off your console.

Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn how to remove the hard drive.

Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.

Turn on the console

Try updating the console again.
