Someone's been buying marketplace points for my account!!!

Haven't been online with my xbox for about 3 weeks and just received 2 emails thanking me for purchasing 6000 marketplace points!!!!  Only person with my details is me so even wife cant have ordered them...

How do I go about getting this sorted as I don't need and would never spend over 50 quid on points!!!

Worried whoever did it will do it again!!!

Im in same boat. Open an unauthorized access investigation by calling 1-800-4-MYXBOX... They will lock your account completely (no live whatsoever) though while the investigation is ongoing. Ive been waiting since the morning of July 7th for an email from Microsoft with the status........... They dont exactly move like the credit card companies.

ditto...tagged for 10k points myself...paypal did their investigation and refunded me a few days ago but microsoft is still ongoing.
