Sims 3 help

I just got Married on Sims 3 and now I have to move houses. If I move house what will happen to him? Will I loose the Sim forever? Or Will I have to try and look after two houses?

Or is there a way to get her to move in with me?

If you move house you get 3 options for your sims, they can come with, they can have your house (technically they don't but all your stuff remains if you want a fresh start) or you remove them from the game entirely. I think this goes for all sims you have other than the one you use to initiate the move itself.
