So I tried to remove a credit card from my account after someone else paid for one month of XBL for me. Also I've owned my account since 08-09. through all this time, I have always used prepaid cards. On the end of september I used a credit card on it for the first time. Now it says my account has been open since sept 2011. This means accounts are not considered "open" unless a credit card is applied to it?
Anyway, we tried to remove his credit card information immediately after paying for it. It wouldn't remove, there was a status code error. We tried turning off renewal so that he wouldn't get charged again. After the 28th of october, when the XBL said it would expire, it automatically charged again, even though we changed the credit card info IN the profile of XBL so that the information was invalid. Even though we turned off auto renewal.
