problem with account

Hi there.

Ok I have a years xbox live paid for with my gf's card.

but we got an email recently saying someone tried to buy microsoft points and it wasnt us.

so she went to delete the credit card but couldnt.

we no longer want the card details on the system so how do we remove them without cancelling my years xbox live?

As long as it's attached to an active gold account, the card cannot be removed. If auto-renewal is still turned on, you would need to call support and have them turn it off. After your account reverts to silver, you can remove the card.

What you really should do is Call Xbox Support and have them help you regain access to the account, and increase it's security so they no one can log on anymore
