Need help with major GT Issue

not everybody that uses this forum has access to that sort of information.  it would be a serious security issue.  if you could tell us what kind of problem you're having and what you'd like us to do we'd be happy to chime in our thoughts and suggestions

my immature brother changed my gt to something racist while i was hospitalized and im wondering if you could change it back

Well, technically in spanish, that's not that offensive. But you would still need to contact phone support for them to escalate for a forced gamertag change. There wouldn't be much to be done over the forums for that issue.

How did your brother change your GT, did you have 800 MS Points in your account that he used?

Have someone file a complaint on your account and the enforcement team can look into it and possibly give yiu a forced name change. Keep in mind that since it is up to them it can take months before they issue a name change and they may decide it doesn't violate the terms so they may not give you one.

Personally, I'd make your brother pay to have it changed.

Offensive gamer tags fall under the preview of the XBL PET not Phone Support. So calling them will do you no good in this instance. As Smwutches said, have someone file a complaint against your GT or pay the 800msp to change it to something non-offensive.

On a seperate note, did your brother also mod your gamer score causing the reset and cheater watermark?
