So i tried to buy xbox live time with my credit card and i coudnt. Then i went to microsoft billing site and i saw that my credit card was refused. So what do i need to do now?

What error message did you receive when trying to purchase? Sounds like the card wasn't authorized, make sure your card is allowed to make online purchases and reoccurring payments. If that doesn't work, add a different card.

Try calling support and talk to billing to see if they can help, or call your credit card company to see if there are any issues there.
