LOCKED - Microsoft... Quit blaming my connection for your network being down!

I haven't been able to connect to Xbox Live at all tonight! I was on for a little while this morning, and for about a half-hour went through ALL of my network connections, and nada! Blaming others for your problems with the network, is juvenile, at best! After my Gold membership is up? It's back down to Silver, for me. I've already canceled my cable service, and your next! I just purchased a Roku for Netflix, since you want to charge an added tax to access my Netflix account, when other devices and companies allow free access without a surcharge.

Keep making gamers mad! You'll find out the hard way! Video games and video game consoles aren't necessities, as opposed to computers.

Oh, I forgot to mention... My connection is wired and not wireless. My 360 connected without any problem this morning, and currently, all my other PC's connect just fine to the internet, with my 360, being the exception to the rule. (Nothing on this end, has changed in my Xbox 360 connection config., since the last time it was connected, which was this morning. So, Microsoft, at least have the courtesy, decency and honesty, to admit when you *** up, instead of blaming your customers!

xbox live is not down,  its more in likely is your connection.  try unplugging  your modem for 2 mins and plig it back in.  Just because your pc's seem to be workign doesnt rule out it being ur connection.   Connections can bog down and stop working currectly.

Wrong... What part of my last post, did you not get? I also, already went through allm of the other maintenance steps, before I posted. It isn't my router, nor my modem. It also, wasn't my Xbox 360 Elite (logged on earlier that day to XBL), both my other PC's work. The network was down.

You can crawl back to your cubicle now, MS sock puppet!

My XBL connection is back up and running! I haven't changed anything in the configurations of my 360, modem, or router. Xbox Live was down. Typical for Microsoft sock puppets to  spin the blame back onto their customers,of instead accepting responsibility for their mistakes, like an adult!

I love how you reply negatively when i tryed to help you,  your Internet connection couldn't possibly be the reason why your the ONLY one that was having xbox live issues eh?   Not changing anything and it getting fixed doesnt mean it was xbox live,  ISP's can have issues that get resolved without any action from the user.

For future reference, try using this link to check and see if it's the service that's down.  If it says up and running and you can't get on at your end it's your internet connection and you need to contact them.

It was his connection i even looked at the status page and had no issues with xbox live on my xbox at all the whole time he was posting about it.    Plus no one else was having these issues either,  His ISP was the problem.

I am also not able to connect. I have been having trouble connecting all today. This has never happened before. I hope they fix this problem soon. Yes I have checked my connection with my router, and my modem. Nether of them are the problem.  :[

Did you contact your isp.  The problem could be there as there is currently no outage with xbox live at the moment.

Wrong, again! Everything else on my network was up and running (2 laptops through a Dlink DGL-4300 router) , just not Xbox Live. You can crawl back into your corporate cubicle, Microsoft troll.

Nice try, for a lie, though. (And a whopper, at that!)
