I can't Update My Account [Please, Help Me MS Support]

Hello. I played offline like 5-7 months 1 year ago. Then My Xbox wen RRoD. I bought new Slim. But i didnt know how to transfer my old gamertag from fat xbox... so i recovered what i had befor offline gameplay. Now i knowhowtodo it. andi tryed. but it's says -> Your informationdoes not much yadaydayda... Why i cant connect to Xbox livewith my old gamertag to get updete my gamer score? Are my 20000G going to nowere? All that timei lost in playing games and getting achievements are lost? Please MS, help.

PS: Sorry for My grammar.

can i sent you old profile in rar wile? i mean like move profile to usb and then copy to pc rar it and atach to email? just help me support team.. all my hard work... allgone now :( i dont know hwat to do...

myold acc was 25 mb. myrecovered gamertag is 15mb. but after few tryes now recovered gamertagis 25mb.. but there is still no achievements...

Hey there! If you play offline, earn achievements, but then recover or move your profile before connecting to LIVE, those offline achievements are gone. There is nothing you can do to bring them back other than re-earning them.

If you earn achievements offline, make sure to simply log into LIVE before moving or recovering.
