How Long Has My Child Been Online

Hi there

I am hoping that there is someone out there who can help me.

My son (11 years old), has been wakening up at around 5am in the morning and playing his xbox online.

I don't currently have family settings ( something I am looking into) however, my question is.....

Can I find out when and how long he has played online through the night?

No I don't think you can tell how lon he's been playing.

But with Family Settings, you can limited how many hours he can play each day.
