How can i change my locate state in the xbox setting ?

Hello

i bought my xbox 360 in London but i lived in Israel 

how can i change it in the xbox setting ?

because i saw that in england Xbox live its 14.99 pound for 6 months

but when i try to buy it in the xbox it says that i my zip code doesnt match because the xbox think im from England

this operation availve only in England ?

i live in israel too , were no supported and i think we wont be supported in the future

No man the xbox dont let me in the setting im from UK and when i put the adress of my home it (Israel) it says that it doesnt match to my locate

אם זה לא מובן אז .. הקונסולה חושבת עכשיו שאני מאנגליה .. כי הרי שבוחרים בהתחלה מדינה אין ישראל.. ושרציתי לקנות את הלייב בהנחה שמפורסת בקונוסלה הייתי צריך להכניס כרטיס אשראי ושהכנסתי הוא רצה את הכתובות שלי אז הכנסתי את הכתובת בישראל אז הוא אמר שזה לא תואם את המיקום שלי

But I played in the Xbox live for one month , how can other?

כן הבנתי את זה כבר בכל מקרה תודה רבה אחי!!  אבל תגיד הבנתי שהתכנים של הלייב הבריטי ושל הלייב האמריקאי שונים.. אם אני יכניס כתובת אמריקאית אני עדיין יקבל את התכנים הבריטים?!
