All'inizio di maggio ho postato su questo forum la lamentela perchè avevano bucato il mio account, quello con cui sto scrivendo or ora. Ho postato in precedenze come Northern expo, spero che qualcuno si ricordi dei mio topic (ma non perchè io mi ritenga particolarmente importante, eh? :P ). Qualcuno nel topic da me aperto mi ha chiesto di postare il risultato finale, overo se la microsoft è riuscita a restituirmelo o meno. Ebbene si. Ci sono riusciti! Volevo ringraziarli pubblicamente, perchè hanno dimostrato serietà, e di tenere ai propri clienti. Purtroppo il periodo della beta di Gears of war 3 è andato, ma poco male. L'importante secondo me è che chi fornisce un servizio tuteli i propri clienti, e devo dire con soddisfazione che microsoft merita fiducia. Un saluto a tutti, e buona giocata!

Non per dire ma a me la Mivar è a 5 minuti da casa mia, se devo lagnarmi con qualcuno vado in negozio e scasso la vita al tipo.
Poi l'aggiustano loro in sede, hanno tutti i pezzi e dipendenti italiani(parlano italiano) come lo sono al call centre.
Non ti spediscono la roba in quale paese sconosciuto dell'Est Europa.
Mivar tutta la vita.

In teoria si, in realtà ho telefonato più volte all'assistenza, ero un pò in apprensione ed avevo letto in giro di account mai più restituiti malgrado le richieste. Per fortuna si sono dimostrati molto professionali.
