Halo: Anniversary Campaign Demo

The original Halo was amazing, so releasing the same game with better visuals and sound is a no brainer really. Only had Halo CE on the PC, which had the first taste of Halo online before they built it into Halo 2, so hoping alot of that PC Online will be present in this version....release day pick up and reason to go Gold for me. I am a Halo fanboy

Isn't the online (competitive multiplayer) just going to be Reach multiplayer with Halo: CE maps remade?  If this is the case i don't think it will be like the pc version of Halo: CE online.

Looks great, this is how to really do a HD remaster/remake, hope switching between new and original graphics becomes standard in the future, had alot of fun playing Halo on the Xbox and is my favourite out of them all.

Wouldnt surprise me if they did use the Reach MP, but this isnt a bungie game so unclear as to how much of the system they will be allowed to use....but it would be a very nice touch if it did use some of the PC online....its what got me hooked on Halo online

ah well....the online will be fun anyway, but picking it up for the SP more then anything, shame they didnt think to do the same HD job on Halo 2 at the same time, get all the Halo Story on the 360 properly

I heard this game was like an ODST type of thing.

Halo 1 Story and just a CD chucked in with all the Reach stuff.

Well i'm not sure if there both on the same disk or the multiplayer is standalone, but that's pretty much the jist of it.  Halo 1 campaign remade in HD, and the multiplayer is remade in Reach engine.

Personally i won't buy if for multiplayer, Reach multiplayer is lame.

I was going to buy it but then I heard about its only campaign and paying £40+ for a game ill play a few times for only a story I've already played seems a waste.
