Game DVR Videos bei YouTube hochladen?

hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir gestern mal die mühe gemacht und aus meinen kleinen BF4 clips,die ich mit der DVR funktion der box aufgenommen habe, zu einer kleinen montage zusammen zu schneiden.

anschliessen habe ich das video mit skydrive hochgeladen und dann auf meinen PC geladen.

jetzt würd ich das video ,da es ja mein erstes ist, gerne bei Youtube o.ä. hoch laden bin mir aber nicht sicher ob ich das überhaupt darf wegen urheberrecht usw.

kann mir vieleicht jemand sagen ob das legal wäre und ob ich probleme bekommen kann wenn ich das video ins netz stelle?

Dann wären alle Let's-Play-Videos illegal. Es gibt ja unzählige Clips von Spielen auf YouTube.

da hast du wohl recht.hab nur letzte zeit viel darüber gelesen das etliche videos gelöscht wurden wegen urheber rechts verletzung. aber ohne musik oder so sollte es wohl legal sein:)

Dass die Videos gelöscht wurden, hatte meistens damit zusammengehängt, dass die Leute mit den Let's Play Videos und der eingeblendeten Werbung Geld verdient haben, was den Rechteinhabern der Spiele nicht gefallen hat.

Da die Musik bei den meisten Spielen eigene Kompositionen sind, kannst Du auch die Musik anlassen. Bei Spielen mit lizensierter Musik (EA Trax bei Fifa beispielsweise) kann die automatische Erkennung bei GEMA Pflichtigen Liedern anspringen und das Video mit dem Lied in Deutschland sperren.
