Por el momento no es posible migrar cuentas a Mexico ni USA, si deseas cambiar tu region debes crear una cuenta nueva del pais que deseas, o cambiar a uno de la lista que por ahora nos proporciona Microsoft.

Por lo regular al iniciar sesion en la pagina de Xbox.com, toma la region de la cuenta con la que inicias, si te fijas en la parte de hasta abajo, veras el pais al que pertenece tu cuenta.

Sobre lo segundo, claro que no amigo, hacer una cuenta nueva no tiene costo, solo debes hacer un mail con la region que deseas, y usarlo ya sea aqui en Xbox.com o desde tu consola vinculandolo a un Gamertag. Ten en cuenta que esta cuenta sera "Free" y no "Gold" como tu cuenta actual.

Había un truco para cambiar de una región a otra (incompleta por mala suerte) que involucraba 2 controles y 2 perfiles (la de región tuya y el otro con el que quieres)... si me funcionó pero hace como 7 meses que no lo he intentado de nuevo :]...
