Hey
a few seconds ago i tried to change my gamertag (from CHR1SMON to chz yy) but xbox live got an error.i thought i was not a bad mistake and clicked "back".my points got removed but my gamertag is still "CHR1SMON"....please help :(

i restarted my xbox several times it doesnt help.recovering my gamertag...doesnt help :(
my gamertag is still CHR1SMON but the points are gone.

You can check your billing account (https://billing.microsoft.com) to see exactly where your points went. If you are still seeing a discrepancy, call up phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx).
