Changing Greeting Name

Recently bought the new Xbox, however upon start up it says "hi Philip" because the account is associated to my dads email, I have tried to change this by changing the billing information on the console however there is no change, I cannot alter my dads display name on his microsoft account because he uses it for work etc, is there another method to change the greeting name? Thanks :)
