hi... if been having this problem for 2 months now. when i try to connect to xbox live it tells me ::: that maybee my isp is blocking my xbox. but i reeally dont know how to unlock it or fix it plss help me

I have a question. I logged on my Xbox live account and it told me gold has been suspended till I update my payment options which I previously had done days before I thought, so I did again anyways. I was just wondering how long the presses takes, it said I'll get gold back after it registers with Xbox,.
