Cant chat on game chat

My message and chat abilities were suspended for one week, that was 2 weeks ago. When the suspension was over I could message only but not chat my friends. I called customer service they said my suspension was completely lifted but yet I still can't chat with my friends. Need i say again,That was 2 weeks ago nobody can help me.

Hi buddy,

Unfortunately this is an on going issue and the Xbox team are working on it. Basically there seems to be a problem reinitialising users communication rights after a ban.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Thank you for your patience.
