Auto-Renewal

Hello, I've been desperately attempting to shut down my auto-renewal for the past hour! This should be a simple task, yet it is so complicated. I am overly frustrated at this small task, I want to chuck my computer off my balcony. Every time I press to change the all high and mighty Auto-Renewal, I am prompted to a security code type ordeal where I must check my E-mail and input a code sent there. Okay, so this is procedure, understandable and easy; yet it decides to send it to a E-mail not associated with my account, a second E-mail of mine. So I follow along with it thinking, "what the hell, it should go fine." However this is not the case, every time I do go onto this second email and input the code, it takes me to a new screen and says you are already logged in. I have two options, stay on this E-mail and continue or log in with a different E-mail. If I pick option number one, It simply retaliates and has me go to my normal E-mail address (The one I actually use for my account) in order to get the code, however, if I follow these directions, it just rinses and repeats, going back to the second E-mail. Option number 2 is just about the same, I start from the beginning again, logging into my account. Basically, what I am trying to ask is why when I attempt to turn off my Auto-Renewal is it making me go to this other E-mail that I do not use with my account.

A simple call to Xbox Support will suffice since I'm assuming you want to stop the renewal before it happens.

in order to solve that, go to https://account.live.com with an IE browser and setup a cellphone number or your second e-mail. That way you can login on a MAC or LINUX OS and even with a browser like FireFox. Let us know how it goes...
