I'm having trouble downloading a video game to my computer do i need to update or something before i would just pop the disk in and it would start and ask to download now nothing ty.

1. What is the game you are trying to install and play on your computer?
2. What exactly happens when you insert the disc on the computer?
3. Are you able to view or use CD’s other than Gaming CD’s?
4. Does the “auto play option” come up when you insert the CD?

I believe when you say download you must be referring to installing.
Try these steps and check:
a. When you insert the Disc, Right click on the disc and click on
Explorer.
b. Browse the CD and locate the exe file to install the program.
c. Right click on the file and ‘Run as Administrator’.
