cannot rebuild the layout.ini file

I deleted all the files in my prefetch folder and now cannot rebuild the layout.ini file

Make sure that the superfetch and prefetcher registry settings are enabled.

Now run this commands (create a cmd file and run it):

%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks

defrag %systemdrive% -b
defrag %systemdrive% -b
defrag %systemdrive% -b
defrag %systemdrive% -b

This will create the files again.
