It's unfortunate that when we search for Windows Help the first thing that comes up is the techguru link which looks as if it is the Windows help desk.
We are already stressed when we go for help and don't see that it is the wrong website link.


The thing about searching using Google or Bing (or any of the other search providers) is that they typically organize results with advertised ones at the top (and usually clearly identified if you look closely) and then they are followed by ranked results. Not knowing what search engine was used, the terms entered, or what the results looked like, I can only agree that it is unfortunate that the "noise" makes it front and center so that the site you are looking for is not at the top of the list.
