How to resolve AutoCAD® 2008 error 1606. couldn't access network location. Autodesk\AutoCAD 2008\R17.1\enu\

Installing AutoCad 2008 I got this msg. My registry key in HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders  has value %USERPROFILE% as it suggested by Autodesk. Still same msg i.e "Error 1606. couldn't access network location.
Autodesk\AutoCAD 2008\R17.1\enu\ "    is persist. Any idea what is wrong

a. Click Start, and then click Run.

b. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.

c. Locate and then click the following registry key:

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

 

d. In the right pane of Registry Editor, double-click Common Administrative Tools.

e. In the Value data box , type the following line, and then click OK:

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools

 

f. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.

g. Restart the computer.
