csrss.exe file in task manager without a user name or description

I was told by a Yahoo tech, who was supposed to get me back into my locked out e-mail account,that it is a virus. I did some checking and found one answer (from the forum) that says,if I try to end the process and get a warning window pop up, it's a legit file ( I get the window). If I right click on it, nothing comes up.Did Virus check, malware check, used the Microsoft scanner and even one (Speed up PC ) that supposedly get's rid of this (if it is  indeed a virus), all come out clean. Yet the Yahoo guy(whom I called again, claims it's a virus. I am confused, any ideas ?

csrss.exe is a Windows file stored in the c:\windows\system32 directory that has the file description: "Client Server Runtime process"

The csrss.exe file included with Microsoft Windows is not spyware, a trojan, or a virus. However, like any file on your computer it can become corrupted by a virus, worm, or trojan. Antivirus programs can detect and clean this file if it has become infected.

It is not safe to remove csrss.exe from the Task Manager processes.The csrss.exe is a critical system process that cannot be removed from the Task Manager without causing issues with Windows.
