Windows explorer tree view expands at the bottom, not at the top as it used to be

Hi,
is there a way to set Windows Explorer in Windows 7 RTM (version from MSDNAA) when I expand some folder it expands and the selected folder is at the bottom of the pane, and I always have to scroll up to see the contents (that's why I expanded it right? to see what is inside), and in older Windows it expanded and folder was always at the top of the screen.
Is there a way to make it work that way in Win7? To be honest, it makes using Windows Explorer almost impossible for me, simply because it makes me mad when I always have to scroll to see the folder I just opened.

how can you go to the http://input.microsoft.com link and submit feedback
when there is no open topic for Windows 7 or Windows Explorer.

Nice Trick!!! just keep pointing people to nonexistent or useless links in
hopes that they will just give up and take whatever "uncle Bill" sends us.
