The best option would be to update to version 1909, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to immediately get 1909 and bring your PC right up to date and make all other updates obsolete . . .

I have the same issue (2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4551762) - Error 0x80073701) and have run every DISM command to check and repair the health of my storage container since it was apparently missing. Ultimately I had to create a new Windows 10 Pro version 1903 install ISO and slipstream all of the available 1903 updates - including the 2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4551762) - in order to fix the storage container. Once this was accomplished, the DISM tools showed that my storage container/updates were OK/healthy, but in my Windows Update screen it still shows that the 2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4551762) is missing/needed and then still gives me the same error code upon attempted installation.
Since I had the 1903 updates already downloaded for the Windows 10 ISO slipstream install.wim creation and application, I also tried to install the 2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4551762) manually with no success (same error).
I then tried to run the version 1909 update, only to get this error: 0xC1900101 - 0X40017 The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation - I tried multiple times and ways to get the 1909 feature update to take, but it won't take.
And yes, I have checked the Drive integrity with multiple tools and there is nothing wrong with the media and there is sufficient space available for the updates. additionally, I have disabled all virus protection and other startup applications and devices, as well as disconnected all peripheral devices, which could interfere with updates or the version 1909 installation.
I have been working at this for 3-days straight and have literally run out of options/ideas short of doing a full Reset and reinstall of the OS, but I'm trying to avoid doing that as I have hundreds of installed programs with custom OS code that I really do not want to try and reinstall afterwards.

Go update bluetooth, audio and wifi drivers and then the uodate will work.
I am having same problem with the updates for Windows 10 Version 1903 (I have tried many different things and nothing - even tried the upgrade to Version 1909) I saw your post about update the drivers. I went into device manager and they all said that I have best (current) driver already when I tried to update each one.
Am I missing a different way to update these drivers?
Thank you in advance.
