I had enabled Driver Verifier logged into windows and the help file said to reboot. On reboot it said
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.
We'll restart for you.
If you like to know more. you can search online later for this error:
DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION(avc3.sys)
after that it reboots and lands on the same blue screen showing the above. I cannot seem to break the loop pressing any of the Function keys. Its a lenovo y510p laptop running Win 10.
Is there any way I can reach a command prompt to turn off the verifier? I heard since its UEFI one cannot reach safe mode by using Function buttons.
I have access to Novo Button Menu.. which gives me options Of Normal Startup (leading to the above loop) BIOS SETUP Boot Menu and System Recovery (Which gives only option of Initial factory Install).
can anyone help to get out this loop please? Its quite frustrating. Thanks
