Yesterday, I was prompted to restart my laptop for a Windows 10 upgrade. This morning, the device keyboard will not type. Has anyone experienced this problem?
This has never been an issue before. Just wondering if the update may have affected my laptop.
It is tempting to link two events when they follow each other. However, a sequential relationship does not prove a causal relationship. Yesterday morning I did not get my daily paper. On my way to work one of my front tyres blew out. Sequence - yes. Causal
relationship - no.
An update cannot possibly damage a keyboard. It just happened to fail after the update. You probably have to replace it.
