Windows 10 upgrade wireless connection not found

I am using a Toshiba satellite L755D laptop and when I upgraded to Windows 10 my computer is unable to recognize my home wifi connection. When I plug in the Ethernet cable it works just fine. Other devices show a good wifi signal. Thanks.

Do you have any third party security program installed on the computer?

Please try the following methods and check if that resolves the issue:

  4. Click on “Internet Connections”.

  5. Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”.

  6. Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Step 2: Run the Network Adapter Troubleshooter
