iTunes not starting after WIN 10 Creators Update

On my Laptop, WIN 10 was running in version 1607 (Anniversary Update). iTunes was working well, under administrator as well as user account. After updating to version 1703 (Creators Update), iTunes is loading into memory (showing in Task Manager) but not regularly starting. The only way to start iTunes is to start it "As Administrator" (right click) within an administrator account; regular starting (double click) within an administrator account doesn't work.

Totally deinstalling iTunes and all of the correlated Apple Software and reinstalling it, didn't solve the Problem. So I had to restore the 1607 Image of Windows 10. But this will help only for a couple of days or weeks...

Anyone with helpful ideas out there? Would be very appreciated!

Simply disabling BTTRAY.EXE solved my issue. Brilliant. Was driving me nuts.
