Outlook 365 login

I am trying to log into my outlook 365 emails however when I click on the login instead of going to the login screen I just get a blank page. Is there a problem with the login page at the moment?

To resolve this issue we need more information. Let us know the following:

Are you using Office 365 Business suite to login to your emails via a browser?

If yes, what is the browser you are using to login to Outlook 365?

In case you are logging in using Internet Explorer (IE) then you may try the following step to reset IE and check if it helps to login.

You may reset IE settings follow the steps as given in the Microsoft Article link below.

I use Microsoft edge, windows 10. I downloaded Home and office 2013 quite some time ago. Have not used it much my grandkids used it in high school. Would like to learn how to use it better now. I believe it has updated through the years.
