am trying to install office 2010 and am stuck with an error message

tried and checked on technet but of no use.. can anyone help please..

Try to uninstall Office 2010 manually from the computer by following steps given in the article below.

Note: Read the disclaimer in the article before modifying registry.

Note: - The article applies for Office 2010. Instead of office 12 folder you will have office 14 for office 2010.
