How To Find Firmware Version

Open a web browser.
Log into the router by entering the default gateway (192.168.2.1) into the address bar of the internet browser.
When prompted, leave the password field blank and click Submit.
Select "Home" from the top right corner.
The firmware version will be labeled as "Firmware Version".

Firmware Update

Connect the computer to one of the LAN ports on the router via an Ethernet cable.
Open a web browser.
Log into the router by entering the default gateway (192.168.2.1) into the address bar of the internet browser.
When prompted, leave the password field blank and click Submit.
Select "Firmware Update" from the menu on the left.
Select Check firmware. If there is a new version, download it somewhere easy to locate, such as the desktop.
Select "Browse..." and locate the downloaded firmware.
Select Update and allow the upgrade to complete without interruption.
