Zune charged me for a film but didn't let me play it.

Hi there.

A few minutes ago I rented Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 (standard def) on Zune for 480 Microsoft points for streaming. However when I went to buy the film an error message came up and said there was an error with the transaction, which took me back to the film's preview page and didn't start automatically playing the film as it should. I was charged for the film and now have 20 Microsoft points left, and the film does not appear to be in my purchase history or anywhere else...

Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you saying that you both rented and purchased the film, and the purchase didn't work, or are you saying "purchase" in reference to paying for the rental?

The same thing happened to me last night.. I purchased 1 family guy episode for 180 points, it loaded for about 5 minutes and then said "error code" with some numbers i didnt write down.  It returned me to the purchasing screen where it said i did not purchase it but i had 180 less points!  Zune probly wont do anything until this happens to everyone.. till then i dont think ill be using zune.
